The HALA-CUSTOM-FX eliminates external tooling dependencies entirely. Mandrel fabrication (tungsten carbide, precision-ground to customer-specified ID), winding parameter programming (closed-loop servo tension, turn count, pitch), and lead-forming tooling are all performed in-house on the HALA precision automated winding platform. This vertical integration reduces prototype turnaround from the industry-standard 2–3 weeks to 24 hours. Design received by 12:00 CST ships prototype coils the same business day with full S2P Touchstone characterization and optical inspection data. For non-standard geometries — custom coil IDs, non-circular cross-sections, asymmetric lead configurations — the in-house tooling approach avoids the 4–6 week lead time and NRE charges typical of external tooling vendors.

Advanced Failure Analysis & Life-Test Reports

Every qualification lot includes a comprehensive failure analysis and life-test package at no extra charge:
