At millimeter-wave frequencies, geometric precision determines electrical consistency. The HALA-CUSTOM-PS delivers ±2µm coil ID control, <±1.5µm (3σ) turn-to-turn pitch uniformity, and ±3µm (3σ) coil length tolerance — verified by 6-axis machine vision at 2µm/pixel resolution on every single coil. Tungsten carbide precision mandrels maintain <±0.5µm drift per 1M coils, and closed-loop servo wire tension (0.5–5.0gf, 100Hz bandwidth) ensures inter-winding gap uniformity <±2µm. Active shape-lock pneumatic extraction preserves geometry during mandrel removal.

100% RF Electrical Testing & Sorting

Every coil is individually tested at >30 coils/minute: RF inductance at specified frequency (100MHz–20GHz), Q factor, self-resonant frequency, and DC resistance (4-wire Kelvin). Coils are binned by tolerance grade (±20% standard, ±10% precision, ±5% high-precision). This eliminates the sampling risk inherent in AQL-based lot testing.
